An interesting twist to the usual tortilla wraps is to fold them in a basket like shape and fry. Read on to find more about this unusual recipe.
Ingredients
- 3-4 Tortilla Wraps/ Samosa wraps
- 6 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 cup Boiled minced meat
- 1/4 cup boiled peas
- 1/4 cup boiled carrots
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- As required Mayonnaise
Directions:

Cut the tortilla wrap /samosa patti in three pieces. You should have three equal sized rectangular shaped tortilla wraps with you. Put each piece on the other making an angle of about 30 degrees.

In other words, keep a thumb on the center and revolve each piece a bit away from the other. In this way when they are fried they will make a very nice basket like shape. Join the pieces at the center with a light film of water.

Fry them in oil. Now mix minced meat, peas, carrots, salt, black pepper and mayonnaise. Fill the baskets with this filling.
