Bruschetta Chicken is a very famous colorful Italian chicken dish. Italian cuisine offers amazing flavorful and aromatic food that attracts most tourists worldwide.   • 1/2 tsp ‏Salt
  • 1/4 tsp ‏Black pepper
  • 2 ‏Garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 cup ‏All purpose flour
  • 2 approx ‏Eggs
  • Pieces 4 ‏Boneless Chicken (steak cut/steak size)
  • 1/4 cup ‏Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup ‏Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp ‏Butter
  • 3 tbsp ‏Fresh Basil
  • 1 tbsp ‏Olive oil
  • 2 ‏Tomatoes


  1. Set the oven to preheat at 375 deg F. or 90 deg C. Coat a chicken piece in flour and then dip it in beaten eggs. Grease a baking tray with olive oil and place these chicken pieces in it.
  2. Mix butter, bread crumbs and cheese so that they form a crumbly mixture. Sprinkle it on top of the chicken pieces placed in the tray. Now cover it with a foil paper and bake for twenty minutes. After that, uncover and bake again for ten to fifteen minutes until the chicken becomes tender enough as is required.
  3. You can chop or crush tomatoes as you like and mix all the spices in it. Take spoonfuls and pour it over the chicken and bake again for five to ten minutes. Enjoy the delicious Bruschetta Chicken with your dear ones!
