Carbonara Pasta is an easy to make and quick dish which is preferred when you want to make something delicious in very less time. Hope you enjoy making it. Best of luck!


  • 2 ‏Eggs
  • 2 ‏Egg Yolks Separated
  • 375 gm ‏Spaghetti Pasta
  • 1 tbsp ‏Olive oil
  • ‏Very Thin Chicken Strips
  • 1/2 cup ‏Fresh Cream
  • 2/3 cup ‏Parmesan cheese
  • ‏Parsley leaves for garnishing
  • 2 ‏Garlic cloves


  1. Boil pasta as per instructions on the pack. It should be boiled in salted water with a spoonful of oil. When tender, drain them and set aside.
  2. Heat some oil in pan and add two crushed garlic cloves to it. Stir them for a few seconds and then add the chicken strips to it. Stir fry these strips until chicken is soft enough that it breaks easily.
  3. Now whisk the eggs, yolks, cheese and a pinch of black pepper together and add chicken strips to it. Pour this mixture on top of the pasta and cook for a minute or two more. Garnish with parsley and serve.
