Chicken Mayonnaise Wrap is a wonderful dish that can be made for a high tea or a lunch time snack. Enjoy the yummy taste of chicken and veges with the creamy mayo in pita with this simple and easy recipe. Your kids would love it in their lunch boxes or have them for the light evening snack.
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg boneless chicken
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup Cabbage shredded
- As desired Mayonnaise
- 2 pita bread
- As desired red pepper
- As required oil
Directions:

Boil chicken with little salt and black peppers in water till it is tender and ready. Shred the chicken.

In 2 TBS oil, fry chicken at low flame for 10 minutes with a little red peppers.

Cut pita bread from center into two pockets, and stuff them with chicken and other ingredients.

Spread mayonnaise evenly to both the inner sides of the pita and sprinkle some salt and black peppers over it.

Then spread a layer of shredded chicken followed with the cucumber and tomato slices. Add some of the cabbage and again sprinkle some salt and black peppers.

Likewise stuff all the pita, add as much mayonnaise as you want it creamy.

Serve them with mayo dip.
