Chicken nuggets – An all time kids favorite dish. Try these easy baked chicken nuggets which are delicious, crispy and healthy.


  • 1 ‏Chicken breast fillet
  • As desired ‏salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ‏garlic and ginger paste
  • A pinch ‏oregano
  • 3 tablespoons ‏grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons ‏breadcrumbs
  • 2 ‏eggs
  • 4 tablespoons ‏plain flour


  1. Cut chicken in cubes. Put together chicken, salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste, oregano in a blender and blend until a paste is formed.

  2. Put it in refrigerator for 10 minutes. Make nuggets with this mixture shaping them as you like.

  3. Beat eggs in a bowl. In a bowl take plain flour. In another bowl mix together Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.

  4. Take a baking tray lined with baking paper. Roll the nuggets first in flour, then in eggs and finely in breadcrumbs-Parmesan mixture. Put in the baking tray.

  5. Preheat oven to 180 degree. Bake the nuggets for 15 minutes. Nuggets can also be fried in a frying pan over medium heat for 10 minutes.
