A perfect recipe for a frothy topping to top your favorite cake and coffee.
- 500 ml chilled cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract/lemon zest/almond extract
Add the chilled cream in a large bowl along with the powdered sugar.
Using a hand mixer whisk on high until it is fluffy.
Add vanilla extract and whip until it is smooth. Top your favorite coffee with this whipped cream.
