Cherries are not only rich in vitamins but also contain many health benefits. The cherries simply taste great and their combination with coconut milk and yogurt makes a perfect and incomparable smoothie.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh cherries (pitted)
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- As required ice cubes
Directions:

Wash cherries and cut them into two. Blend cherries with honey and coconut milk in a blender. if coconut milk is not available, add 1 TBS coconut milk powder to 1/2 cup cold water and stir till it get mixed.

Then add yogurt and blend again for few seconds until it gets smooth. Use thick and plain yogurt. If you do not like the taste of yogurt, ice cream can be a good substitute of it.

At the end, add cream and ice and blend to smooth puree. Serve immediately, with the cherries at the side of glass.
