Ginger sauce as the name suggests is made with ginger as the main ingredient. A kitchen queen would know she can never be short of sauces at hand. We need sauces of all type and sorts. Here is a wonderful addition to your collection. Hope this ginger sauce works well with your barbecue and grilled food.
- 4 tablespoons crushed ginger
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 8 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons chili sauce
Add all ingredients to a container. Air tight the container and shake well to mix them.
Serve as a dipping sauce with tempura.
Green onion is optional, you can add finely chopped green onion to this sauce according to your taste.
Cooked or fried fish fillet can be served dipped in ginger sauce.
