Instant Chicken Macaroni

Chicken Macaroni is a very simple and easy recipe and very tasty. It is healthy for kids as no additional spices are added and perfect for those who do not like much spices in their food.


  • 1 packet (450 gm) ‏Macaroni
  • 400 gm ‏chicken
  • 1 tablespoon ‏ginger paste
  • 1 tablespoon ‏garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon + 1 teaspoon ‏salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon + 1 tablespoon ‏black pepper powder
  • 1 cup ‏green peas
  • 1 cup ‏capsicum, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup ‏carrot, cut into cubes
  • 2 large ‏tomatoes, grated
  • 3 ‏eggs, beated with salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup+1/2 cup ‏oil


  1. Bring water to boil, add 1 TBS oil and 1 tsp salt with macaroni and cook till macaroni are done and tender. Keep them under running tap water for 5 seconds and keep them aside.

  2. Meanwhile boil chicken and veges separately. Take half cup water in a pan and add chicken, garlic, ginger, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black peppers and cook until chicken is tender and done. Let it cool, shred it and keep it aside.

  3. Boil all the veges separately in water and keep them aside.

  4. Heat 1/4 cup oil in a pan and pour grated tomatoes in it and cook till tomato paste get thick. Then add beated eggs and cook eggs while stirring occasionally till cooked. This will make crumble eggs in tomato paste.

  5. Now heat 1/2 cup oil in a big cooking pan, add chicken and boiled veges in it and sautay for 2 minutes on low flame, then add crumbled eggs, macaroni, 1 tsp salt and 1 TBS black pepper, mix well, cover and cook over very low flame for 5 minutes.

  6. Dish it out and serve hot.
