This Moroccan spiced chicken is infused with a wonderful combination of spices. This dish is just a perfect dinner for the guests.
- 4 chicken breasts/whole chicken legs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Moroccan spice mix
Preheat the grill to 400 F
Add salt, butter, paprika, lemon juice, garlic and Moroccan spice mix in a bowl.
With the help of a sharp knife make few cuts on the chicken and add chicken to the bowl. Toss altogether. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
After 2 hours roast the chicken on the preheated grill until the chicken is cooked through. Note: You can also cook the chicken by heating oil in a skillet. Add chicken and cook for 15-20 min until the chicken is fully cooked. Serve spicy chicken with couscous and ENJOY!
