Moroccan Spiced Chicken

This Moroccan spiced chicken is infused with a wonderful combination of spices. This dish is just a perfect dinner for the guests.


  • 4 ‏chicken breasts/whole chicken legs
  • 1/4 teaspoon ‏salt
  • 2 tablespoons ‏olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons ‏butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon ‏paprika
  • 3 ‏garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons ‏lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons ‏Moroccan spice mix


  1. Preheat the grill to 400 F

  2. Add salt, butter, paprika, lemon juice, garlic and Moroccan spice mix in a bowl.

  3. With the help of a sharp knife make few cuts on the chicken and add chicken to the bowl. Toss altogether. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

  4. After 2 hours roast the chicken on the preheated grill until the chicken is cooked through. Note: You can also cook the chicken by heating oil in a skillet. Add chicken and cook for 15-20 min until the chicken is fully cooked. Serve spicy chicken with couscous and ENJOY!
