Ingredients
- 5 potatoes
- 1 teaspoon habanero
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup coconut cream/fresh cream
- 1 tablespoon Thai seasoning
- 3-4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:

Peel potatoes and cut into small pieces. Place a wok half filled with water on heat and add potato chunks.

When water starts boiling reduce heat. Cover and cook for 12-15 min or until potatoes turns soft. Turn off the heat and drain water.

With the help of fork or potato masher mash the potatoes.

Put this mixture back on heat and add cream, Thai seasoning,butter, habanero and salt. Mix well. When you remove the wok from heat make sure that a uniform texture is formed.
- Top with extra butter, some black pepper and serve hot.
